Flashlamps are different from lasers in that they emit a variable wavelength regulated by a filter. They are used to treat wrinkles and the firmness of the skin and can bring about a rejuvenation of the skin as a whole.

The treatment does cause some moderate discomfort but it is never unbearable. We advise patients not to expose themselves to the sun for 3 weeks before and after the treatment.
