Dr Michel Pfulg, who gave the innovative impetus which made Laclinic this unique place with an unfailing reputation, is an expert in aesthetics in the broad sense.

His keen eye considers the overall balance of a patient’s features to determine which procedure will not just correct a flaw, but truly reveal the beauty of a face. “Enhancement and rejuvenation are not about disguising but about revealing,” he explains, drawing inspiration from the golden ratio and divine proportions in his approach.

Dr Michel E. Pfulg is a Member of the Swiss Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, of the International Confederation of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, a honorary member of the Swiss Society of Aesthetic Medicine and founding member of the Swiss Society of Aesthetic Surgery,. He has contributed to the development of several techniques including the “Softlifting”.

Considered one of the best plastic surgeons in the world, he shares his knowledge through scientific publications, conferences and several books.

Finally, his teaching activities have allowed Laclinic-Montreux to become a recognized training institution in Switzerland, but also by the Dutch Association for Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, as well as by the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), whose goal is to uphold high standards in facial aesthetic surgery.

Dr. Michel Pfulg retired from surgery in 2023, but he continues to support and inspire Laclinic’s doctors and teams daily.
