Muscle awakening classes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Every Tuesday<\/strong>, from May 16 to July 11, from 7.30am to 8.30am, muscle-building<\/strong> classes with your coach and personal trainer Joseph Bonvin<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Hatha Yoga classes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Every Thursday<\/strong>, from May 25 to July 20, 2023, from 7.30am to 8.30am, Hatha Yoga<\/strong> class taught by Daniela Marzio Catanese<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Classes are open to all levels. No previous experience is required. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n
